  • WHERE CAN I GET HELP WITH TECHNICAL ISSUES?

    Option 1: Click: 'HELP DESK'

    • Click ‘TYPE A MESSAGE’
    • Log in using ‘GUEST’
    • Type your name
    • Type in your question
    • Once your conversation is complete, Log Out of the conversation

    How do I attend a live session?

    • Click 'AGENDA'
    • Click the ‘JOIN SESSION’ button next to the session you wish to join
    • If the session has not started yet, a message will be displayed

    Some sessions are Zoom meetings. When you click the 'JOIN SESSION' button the Zoom meeting will open in your Zoom app (if installed) or a new tab of your Internet browser. (This depends on your personal settings.)

    How can I watch a session that was previously recorded?

    • Click 'AGENDA'
    • Find the session you would like to watch
    • Click the ‘WATCH VIDEO’ button next to that session

    What technology do I need to attend this event?

    For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and the latest version of the Google Chrome Internet browser. Other Internet browsers are also compatible but check to make sure you have an updated version of whatever Internet browser you are using.


    Do I need to have a webcam and microphone for the event?

    Although you do not need a webcam or microphone to attend our virtual event, you’re encouraged to use these when visiting the ITP Lounges for a face-to-face experience with other attendees.


    Do I need to install the Zoom software app to attend this event?

    You do not need to install the Zoom app in order to view and participate in this event. If you already have the Zoom app installed on your device, it will not interfere with the functionality of this event. Sessions using Zoom may be viewed in your Internet browser or the Zoom software application. The Zoom app may provide enhanced functionality and additional features than using an Internet browser.
